I want to lay a complaint for jet, My account was settle July 2014, how ever each time I call jet to update my credit score the always tell me that I still owe balance of R474.00, I don't owe anything I paid all the balance I owed and was sent a settlement letter by EDCON, early this month (March) I spoke to Zinhle (Jet) who told me that she will send a query through to MBD Attorneys to reverse the amount/balance still showing AND WILL UPDATE MY CREDIT SCORE. Zinhle informed me that they would make sure my bad listing is removed and i would not have a bad reflection on my ITC...BUT nothing happened since then.<br> Today I phone again (just now) spoke to Mapule (Jet) who told me that she cant assist me with anything and that I must phone MBD and tell them to reverse the R474.00 <br> My ID NO: ***<br> <br> I am very frustrated as this is impacting my CREDIT RECORD. any one who can help???<br> PLEASE REMOVE MY BAD LISTING FROM EDCON AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.<br> I WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER LEGAL ACTION AGAINST EDCON<br>
