NO ANSWERS
<p>Why can't Edcon give an estimated time regarding my refund or to whom they are paying it too ?</p> <p>It was overpaid by my PDA and they can't tell expected time frame or if they are paying me or the PDA Company.</p> <p>Can only tell me they do it in batches and I will receive an sms that it has been done.</p>
