Never seen such a pathetic, horrible and arrogant organisation

<p>This is the third time i am writing a review about Edcon (on the same issue). They just seem not prepared to rectify the mess they cuased in my account three weeks ago. i started when one of their ******* employees enrolled me for three financial services without my consent, she then went on to cancell mfuneral cover which I have had for more than 10 years. after posting my review, i recieved a call from sandile (store manager from Edgars Liberty Mall branch pietermaritzburg). that was on Wednesday the 5th of July). He promised to give me a call by Friday the 7th of July. Almost two weeks now and no feedback from Sandile. Last week i posted a follow up and got a response that the matter has been escalated to management (Liberty mall Pietermaritzburg) and almoat a week now and there has been no response from management. on Monday i got an sms statement from Edcon saying i owe R170, but that;s the 170 that resulted from my being enrolled in financial services without my consent. this tells me that edcon is lying when they ssay they are investigating, other wise why would i have to pay for something i did not buy. People dont buy from Edcon linked companies. They are ****** and arrogant. they will go at length in protecting their employees who commit ***** and you as a customer will be forced to foot the bill for such fruadelent activities</p>
