Need my name cleared

I was overdue on my Jet account due to unemployment, as soon as i was back on my feet i called MBD to get a settlement amount which was provided to me and a debit order went through in March 2015 where i was told i dont owe and anymore. To my surprise I try applying for an loan and this account appears and I have been list for it. <br> I call EDCON and was called to consult with MBD which i did and they told me my account was paid up but EDCON say I owe just over R200. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks and was told this would be cleared and nothing has been done. I need this off my name and to be cleared.
