Need a reference number to close account

I Have a Jet account and wanted to close the account. When i called the call center they told me that i need a refference number. I had to call OTA which in a cell phone account that was within my account. I was not informed that another account was opened within my Jet account. I had to call OTA for a refference number to close my account. The manager at jet town centre branch was not helpful so i decided to go to jet mart town centre. Niki was the only helpful agent. I hope by now this account us closed.
