NCA Mailbox
Hi I have been trying to increase my credit limit with Edcon. I have been asked to mail documentation to the [Email Removed] mailbox. its been over a month and I am being sent from pillar to post by the call centre agents. one tell me my documents have been received, the next time I follow up the other cannot see anything and asks if I can resend, the next time they can see something but the paperwork is blank. Has this system ever worked, surely there should be an alternative after trying at least 7 times.
