<p>In 2015 i took a consolidation loan so that i can settle edcon account in full and the bank did pay them. but to my surprise i still owe you R5 866.00. This is affecting my credit score especially because i did pay this account. I have send a number of emails to edcon asking for assistance but all I’m getting is a run around and being send from pillar to post. Please settle my account or advise me what’s going on.</p>
