Muted HR dept - annoying

Edgar's was taken over by Retailability over a year ago, employees were given 3 options for their Provident funds 1. Full Lump sum withdraws 2. Part withdrawal 3. Transfer to a RA with Old Mutual I chose the latter to date no communication none what so ever as to what happened to our monies. I went to an Old Mutual branch to check the progress to my suprise nothing has been Transferred from EDCON to them, I emailed EDCON HR dept no response for almost 2 weeks (sigh) got hold of another email address which they sent me to another email address at AForbes (the back & forth - being sent from pillar to post its annoying). How long are we still supposed to wait? Another year or two? At least have the decency to keep us updated of what's happening and they wonder why angry staff go toyi-toyi outside their shops?
