MOST *********** COMPANY EVER!!

I have made contact with Edcon 10x times in the last 3 weeks to sort out my account. Every time I phone I get a different answer and promises of phone calls back which never ever happens. I have even mailed the accounts department 3 times with NO feedback back even though they state "We will respond to you within the next 48 Hours".

This is the MOST *********** company I have ever dealt with in my life and they can be sure that I will never make use of any of their stores in the future!
