Hello cinreppud,

Thank you for taking the time and discussing the concerns you have on your account. The account cannot be handed over without any valid reasons, we only started receiving payments to your account from 02 April 2015 and the balance was way more than the R1500+ mentioned.

Statements and payment notifications letters were send before the account can be handed over. Only the customer knows why they were not making any payments and surely knows the consequences to that is that it will affect you negatively on the credit bureaus. If there were any legal fees incurred surely they would have reflected on the statements as well.

All that is needed is to settle the outstanding amount and the credit bureaus status will be amended accordingly.

Accounts can be contacted on *** for more information about your account.

Kind Regards
