Money owed to me not refunded
I am still waiting for a refund on the two items that were not delivered on order *** - over two months !!! Numerous requests! Have complained on hellopeter twice!<br> <br> I have not received replies to my emails either<br> <br> I will take this to the ombudsman as you refuse to refund my own money!<br> <br> N Kauchali<br>
