Money not reversed
On Saturday i was at your jet store in Greenstone Mall. After paying for my purchase of R2047 they picked a problem up with the transaction, manager said they had to cancel the transaction and start again and the money just taken out of my bank account would reverse and be back in my account in 24 hours. Its 3 days later and the money is still not in my account. Can you please help, this is allot of money to be taken for nothing.
