Money Making Scheme

Good day I am Archie Mdakane I have an account on the Edcon Group which comprises of a lot of stores. During this year I received my statement after a while from them not emailing or sending it via post. I saw that I had been billed for certain covers I was not even aware of and gave to authorization to. The covers included Hospital and funeral cover which I was not aware of. When I called in the call center to ask for an authorization letter of voice recording they said they would look into it ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS NOW. I called in again and again numerous times yet not even the manager could assist me. I told them I would stop paying if they did not send me credible proof yet nothing. I would not recommend any customers to do any busy with the Edcon Group as they try to make money and let you pay for things just to bring an income to there share holders. I am discussed and feel that in this country people with the money and power get away with such and all the middle class have to play by the rules and get *****ed by them (e.g Edcon Group)
