memberships and insurance accounts billed without consent

My mother has an account with edcon and she recently found out that they been debiting her for insurances and membership clubs that she did not sign or approve of, those accounts totals to R231.08 every month. there worst part is that jet Germiston has been sending her from pillar to post saying that they will come back to her as her case is being investigated. it's been months now and this issue hasn't been resolved, this has been dragging for so long and what she needs is to be credited what is due to her.
