lost payment edgars or edcon

i paid money in this card number on my edgars card now no one knows how has my money and also want to black list me <br> <br> Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention and please note we are unable to assist in tracing and allocating these payments as wrong option Edgars cred was chosen which does not belong to the Edcon group but belogs to Std bank credit card divison.<br> <br> Customer to contact Absa for assistance.
