Listed on ITC
I have an account with Jet Stores : *** and I am currently very unhappy as when I tried to apply for credit I was told that I have been listed on ITC for non payments on my account.<br> <br> I am very suprised because according to my knowledge my account is up to date. I called the Edcon call centre and they lady said she is not sure what to do because on her side my acount is up to date and maybe I must call ITC.<br> <br> Why must I call ITC because I did not list myself , Edcon must resolve this urgently.<br> <br> Can you please remove me from ITC. <br> <br> Kind Regards,<br> Masego

Thank you for taking the time and discussing the concerns you have on your account. We can understand the frustrations this has caused you. As per the feedback provided to you on 17/11/2014 you were advised that your account is current and reflect like that on all credit bureaus. You can even contact Accounts on *** to request a current letter and other creditors should not use the Jet name when they decline your application.
As you sometimes pay late your instalment, this will have a negative impact in terms of your 24 month ITC profile and we advise you always pay your instalment on or before the due date.
We look forward to being of better service to you in future and trust that the above will be accepted favorably.
