Listed as Non Payer but payments were made

Upset and totally disgusted with Edcon Group, listed me as a non payer for Nov and Dec 2015, yet payments have been made. I have updated my postal address for my statements yet that is not being send to me. Also club magazines that are being added to my account monthly is not being send to me...this is total bull and unacceptable. Quick to send Collection Notification Letters but they are the ones that stuff up on client accounts. Yet when paying monthly more than the required not even a thank you or a reward. Gonna pay up the account and close it when paid up.
