legit bridge city has the worst bullies ever.

<p>I go into the branch to return the second item in this week that did not fit and I had no time to shop so I wanted my money back.guess what "UNFORTUNATELY YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK YOU CAN GET A GIFT VOUCHER "...never have I heard such,whats worse is on the till board it states I can return or get refund.okay so after that I got irate then they agreed to refund but both manager with consultant say they did not have cash...imagine on the 31st...the consultant serving me was so so so rude she went to say I must wander around the center or go to another branch.lucky for me another customer came in and paid so u got my money.the consultant and manager were so rude and nasty .then another 2 ladies came from the back room having little giggles and rude comments about another customer who complained. Please note the lady serving me decided not to provide me with a slip maybe she did not want me to mention her name but trust me I will point at her at any given time.im a loyal and regular customer most of my clothing items are from Edcon. I want this dealt with because I promise you I will complain until my face goes grey.the level of unprofessional I'm still shocked. </p>
