Lack of service from Edcon and Jet

Absolutely disappointed with the lack of service fro Edcon/Jet. Paid my account on 28 March (due early April). I paid R1600 OVER the original amount due using cellphone banking as always. Ealry April I received an sms that my account is due and that I should email ***, I sent proof of payment early April Of the payment I had already made. 11 April received my statement and it is said that my account is overdue and they intend on taking legal action,and sending information of my over due account to the credit bureau how?? I have made payment, even over paid my account. I've been sending emails to *** with my proof of payment and incorrect statement every day since 12 April but absolutely no response.
