Keep away from Jet stores Edcon
I have asked over a year ago that Jet stores reverse the fees billed on my account not autorised. Guess what I questioned them again about a month and a half ago and guess what they credited me and billed me again. As much as I would expected. Do not open an account with them because apparently they started billing me for this 7 years ago and I visited Pretoria North Jet in 2014 to ask that they remove all billings from my account and change my physical address and my surname. Wow they still phone me on my old surname. Shows you how many years I have struggled just getting a statement is ridiculous. So angry with this treatment.
