Junk status service. SIES.

so i have had my edgars account for little over a year now, and it is paid every month, on time and often more than what is required. last year sometime, i cant recall the exact month, i accidentally missed it on my list of payments to make, but realised my mistake soon after and made the payment. Now almost a year later, i see they have recently added a yellow mark on my ITC score, for July 2016 where they claim i was 30 days in arraers. this is absolutely not true and i have called in and sent them a proof of payment for that month. i have sent follow up emails and still no reply and NO joy! what an absolutely inefficient company. this month i will settle my account and they will lose me as a customer for life. i will also be escalating this matter to the FAIS Ombud for financial services and they will be liable for the admin costs thereof, which is even more than what i owe on my account currently. Just because they are so unhelpful and inefficient.

this is a typical case of treating the customer unfairly. and its not on! JUNK STATUS SERVICE. SIS ON YOU EDGARS.

This was never resolved and the 30 day mark stayed on my account for 2 years, in so doing, negatively affecting my credit score for that full time. The only negative mark ive had on my name ever and im still trying to build my score back up from it. I have since boycotted the entire Edcon group. Disgusting way of treating loyal clients.
