I purchased a ladies blouse at Jet Stores in Upington, yesterday 27 August 2019, and paid with my bank card. Today I wanted to return the blouse for a cash refund but they flatly refused to accept return of the item and declined to give any refund. Whether or not they cannot resell the item again is not my concern as customer, this is a lame excuse. Especially since this point is not clearly stated in their refunds policy. In fact, the store's refund policy is not clearly visible. As a result we were forced to buy my pair of school shoes elsewhere.
