JET / RCS / EDCON - who to assist ? NO ONE

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I have been phoning multiple numbers They don't answer They put you through to a different department and the line dies Each person I talk to gives me a different answer There's multiple companies handling different parts - meaning you don't get assistance Mailed all of the addresses possible - did I get a response ? NOOOOO They give you a excuse of they have a back log and that's why they don't reply on your mails but in the next sentence they ask you to send a email that they just wont answer !!!! They are billing me for a jet club that I never agreed for or signed for , meaning they have been *****ing money from me for years !!!!! Do you think I will get a refund on this money from them that they stole from me ? NO!!

But if I don't pay the Club fee that I did not sign for they will put my name on the bad payers list ?????!!!! How unfair they treat their customers !!!!!!!!!
