Jet online stole from me!
I made a purchase on the Jet online store, submitted once and the money was deducted from my account 3 times. I called them, only to be told it would take about 5 working days to get the issue investigated and my money returned. Honestly?? You take my money, without my authorization, which puts my bank account in the negative, and now I have to pay the +300rands charge to the bank, and stay broke because your useless online system took money from my account? I want my money, ASAP!
I refuse to wait when it didnt take you more than 5mins to take my money, surely you can pay it back in the same time???? Useless and pathetic service
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention .Please accept our sincere apologies for the frustrations caused with the online order .In order for us to request for a refund from the bank we need a copy of the bank statement as proof that the money was debited 3 times .
