Jet Edcon/ Nimble Group

I want to take the opportunity to show my deep regret for 1stly opening a Jet account with you people, I know you will blame Covid. You people handed my account to the Nimble Group the worst decision you have ever made I never skipped my payments at my Jet store, just when I made one payment into Nimble Group's account the problems started. I made a payment of R570 into their account from my Banking app still today they have not allocated the payment to my account, they keep on with the same story. I want you to remove my account from this useless people's books so that I can finish paying my account, they will be the cause that I get blacklisted and Jet Edcon will be to blame for that, I want my account to be removed from their books and my money refunded please and thank you
