Jet Cellular insurance Claim

I have submitted a claim for cash cellphone insurance 2 weeks ago. The call center game me the ran arounds its either system is offline or the claim is sent for final verification. how long does it take to verfy information more than a week. I have been paying my premium foe a year but now that i need their help they give me stories i will never ever take Edcon's cellphone insurance its **** hope other people will stop taking this insurance for their phones
