Jet boulders mall midrand mistreat customers especially the manager

Yesterday day I was at Jet boulders mall in midrand. I was denied customers service right and I was neglected as if I'm a begger or a hobo. I wanted to pay an account and they said they can't help me because I don't have a card instead they should have printed out my account number and assist me and mind you I'm paying an account that was not opened by me but **********ly . I was mistreated by the store manager and she gave me a stinky attitude and she was also arrogant. Customer is always right and customer first is no longer a priority at Edcon. This people they are always angry or maybe they are tired to serve us as customers even the securities they are rude. Please fix this Jet at boulders mall
