my rights as a customer are violated<br> <br> i was owing edgars and i paid them off on 2 july 2015 i had to fight was my money for transport to go to store, and airtime calling them because i needed the clearance later, on the 22 july 2015 Chris Maluleke sent the paidup letter. from there i was under impression that i am clean but NO i am not because Edcon does not take other peoples life serious. i kept on applying for game card they kept on declining it then i went Transunion to check my credit report on the 27.10.2015 only to find out that edgars has never removed me from ITC yet i paid them off 3 months ago. i went to edgars store at Eastgate mall i tried to resolved the matter but till today i havent recieved any feedback. on 31.10.2015 Njabulo Madonsela asked me to send my ID number because i have wrote the email to edcon but still no feedback. i need to move on with my life but i cant because of edcon. i tried to be calm but edcon i giving me no choice. if this matter is not resolved by end of business day tomorrow i will have to take legal actions against Edcon
