Issue after issue after issue!!!

I am SO sick of the Edcon group!!I have had nothing but trouble from these stores lately. <br> It started with my wedding registry at Boardmans, which turned out to be pointless as they didn't prevent guests from buying duplictate items.When I went to return gifts (thanks for wasting my valuable time Boardmans!) they wouldn't give me a cash refund ,only giftcards. I then (at a later stage) went to Edgars to purchase makeup. The prices were different at the till than the sales lady had told me - so I no longer wanted the products and didn't purchase them.The next day I discovered that they had taken the amount off my giftcard for those items that I had not purchased. This took them 3 WEEKS to resolve. The next time I tried to use the giftcard was at a Jet store.The teller had to undo and repeat the sale 4 TIMES. I walked out the store. Then I tried to purchase a microwave online,however Boardmans website does not allow the use of giftcards. I went instore the next day and the microwave was no longer on sale.I later went into edgars pavillion to get a printout of my statement, which took 20 MIN to print.The manager -Rodney Pillay- was exceedingly rude, as was the SCO, Wanisile Ngobo
