Irate customer

II'm so irate n defeated with the service I receive from Edgars shopping online. I did my shopping on line on the 4th of May until now I haven't receive my order or any communication from them. When I sent an email to them they took time to reply to my email. It's winter season now my baby he us 6 months now I need those clothes for him. Honestly I don't get any joy from Edgars shopping online it's so poor.
