interest on a paid up account

In 2007 I went under administration and my account which was handed over was paid up by 2013. My attorney sent Rabafa business enterprise whom I ws handed over to an e-mail requesting any outstanding balances to which they recieved no reply. They closed the account and handed me a certificate. This year all of a sudden Edcon hands me over for R319 which is now R863. Neither Edcon nor the debt collector tells me what irs for I sent them all my docs no response jst more e-mails saying I must pay.
