Insurance ****s

What lies and nonsense is this now.. I've been dealing with Edcon and their nonsense for years on going. I paid up and closed my account in 2018, Statement month July/August. Today I received an email stating I signed up for insurance on 21/112018. How, where, with whom. Where is the recordings, documentation ? Hence, I have never ever signed up for any insurances over the telephone, nor any Hollard branch. I shall not be taken for fool by you. Sort this nonsense out ASAP !! I have had it with Edcon. From 1 problem to the other. Pathetic services and *****s now.
