Insurance papers lost
I bought 2 cell phones on the 31.07.2018 and took out an insurance on the phones.After a while the Galaxy J5 pro became black.I took it back to Jet stores Westonarea Gauteng with my insurance paper and tax invoice.Now they tell me that the faulty phone that is more expensive than the Galaxy prime are not insured.The IMEI no. ********** ********** 7 the phone was pink.The lady at the stores say they dont have my insurance paper.So please people dont trust Edcon and I want my phone fixed.J Smith ********** account ********** ********** 04932

15 Oct 2018, 10:00Good day.Its bein so long now that Ive been without my cellphone.Very bad service from Edcon and The Hollard insurance company.Ive asked them to please cancel all my 3 phones insurance with Hollard.Ive paid R3000 on my account.Im a regular customer for years with Edcon and thats how you treat a loyal customer.Please people read this and take note.The after service are so poor.And Im still without my phone.
