Insurance
Im very disappointed with the feedback that i got with previous Refference***/GO. The insurance claim that they sent me the terms and conditions of my insurance, of which they sent to the wrong address. Now all they want is to prove the customer wrong instead of offering service to the customer. Im very very much disappointed with the service. Now i have spent 2 months waiting for my quiry to be resolved. This is the worst service i have ever got. Everything has to be escalated no one assists you at the call centre. Now im waiting for another escalation. Poor service to the customer.
