information not updated at credit Bureau

I have an account with jet , which i settled in September, until now they have not updated their information I dont think Jet truly understand the damage of not updating information at credit bureau, i settled this account in September but it still reclecting as not closed, but when you dont pay your account they do not hesitate to list you as bad payer but now i cannot understand why such a big company cannot do a simply good thing and update consumer information when they have paid up their account, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DAMN INFORMATION AT THE CREDIT BUREAU
