INFERIOR QUALITY GOODS AT EDGARS GALLERIA

I purchased a pair of Bradford shoes at Edgars galleria store at amanzimtoti .The shoe broke on the heels and seams within a two month period .Nevertheless I escalated the concern n to Edgars and was advised that i could bring it in for a full refund or swap for a new pair opted to take another pair and noticed that the shoe heel is braking up, the shape of the shoe is deformed and the inner soles have moved as well as cracks on the shoe as well

I am so disgusted and annoyed now

It’s not been even two months on this pair and the very same problem has once again replicated

I am very disappointed with my purchase and I trust Edcon will be seriously looking into this concern

Mohamed Saib

Mobile: ***
