Inefficient systems and outrageous pricing model

I bought a jumpsuit for cash on 11/01/2017.

Only to discover when wearing the jumpsuit that it had a faulty hem which was loose and sticking out.

Visited the shop on 27/01/2017 to exchange it only to be told to leave it behind as I did not have my receipt so they'll interro***e the system. Item was selling at a reduced price on the day of my anticipated exchange. Finally was told to come collect my jumpsuit only to be told the price I saw on Friday is not applicable as they have increased. Why should I suffer when RI had my jumpsuit for 4 days before I could get feedback. I refuse to exchange at the same price I bought as the price was reduced when I went into the store to exchange. I didnt drag my feet your system did.

We have escalated the complaint to the Edgar's Clear water mall management to address as our valued customer is not happy that the store stated that they may only exchange the jumpsuit according to the system price, however kindly be advised that it is as per the Edcon processes. A reference number for the formal complaint logged on your behalf is as follows ***/GO. We understand all the inconveniences caused and frustrations incurred by the above matter. The store management will look into the matter and revert with feedback accordingly.
