Incorrect Listing on ITC

MBD attorneys contacted me numerous times on the first week of September 2015, so do I, regarding my Jet account, I then made an arrangement to settle the account on the 28th of September 2015 at a discounted settlement of R2107.15, both myself and the consultants were happy on the arrangement and I was promised a settlement letter within 48 hours.<br> <br> After 48 hours of not receiving the letter, I then contacted MBD on the 10th September 2015 to request the letter be emailed to me and the lady by the name of Mamushi Jacobeth Modisane emailed it to me. Cool, everything is going well, Jet will be paid up.<br> <br> On the 16th September, I received a notification from Transunion stating that Jet has blacklisted me. Let alone the week and half of negotiating with Edcon's debt collectors to settle the account, records and call recordings are there but they still have a decency to blacklist? I settled the account on the 21/09/2015,7 days prior to the original arrangement. I demand my name to be delisted from ITC ASAP as you listed me after I have made arrangements with your collectors. It is not my fault, I was not informed and I paid as agreed. I refuse to wait for 2 years. Sort it out please.
