INCORRECT BILLING/NO FEEDBACK
I am writing this to pass my unhappiness on the service received from edcon relating to my account. The amounts are all irregular and I have been on the phone for days to get their attention. Promise my made to rectify this error however instead I am getting sms notification ordering me to pay amounts I do not follow. This has a bad reflection in my credit score and record and may even escalate to something else. <br> <br> Have contacted all departments, *****, CUSTOMER SERVICES AND COLLECTIONS. ALL OF THEM ARE CLUELESS. FOR NOW WILL PROTECT THE NAMES OF INDIVIDUALS.<br> <br> I am fed!!
