Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologise for any inconvenience incurred. Please note that you may apply for a 6 months plan and only qualify for 12 months plan and there is valid reason provided as to why it was approved on the 12 months plan. It is up to the customer whether they want to continue with the account or not during the signing of the Pre-Agreement/Credit Terms & Conditions and it's also not true that you will not be eligible to apply for an account again within the Edcon stores.
