*********** Accounts Department in EDCON!!! Watch OUT!!!
The accounts department is totally pathetic!! It takes them 2 months to reply to queries on an account and they still don't sort issues out.
I paid up my whole account and requested to close it but I have till this day not heard anything from them. The lawyers they work with are helping me but they are also struggling to communicate with these people.
I am convinced that they want to take your money and just leave you hanging without any confirmation that they received it. They are obviously *****ing our money claiming that accounts are in errors and then harassing you with phone calls left right and centre to pay the account threatening to take you to court when in actual fact they are just ***********.
