Hellopeter We bought a Tablet 10.1 inch Sensation from Jet Store after a year the switch button broke and took it back to JET stores. They took it back to the Insurance and they said we should wait for three months, after that period we ask them the progress they then said it cannot be fixed so we must get another phone that worth the money only to find they don't have that kind of phone in their stores anymore, and for six months I am still paying full premium without that device. We have been to the shop several times we always get the same answer they still waiting for delivery, I spoke to one of the store managers all in vain So please help to get my Tablet as soon as possible
