hello peter<br> <br> i have a pending dispute with edgars where my phone gave me problems within the 7 day warranty edcon head office called me back saying they are just the mediators between me and the store manager (Leonard), its been a month now to no avail, i once again went back to the store to find out what is the problem to find out that even Leonard's superiors have no solution. what kind of management is this? where the manager can not make a decision regarding 600.00 phone i worry about if they can manage accounts with larger finances. it seems as though they have a misconception of issues resolving them selves #disgusting
