Incompetence Of Edcon HR!

I resigned from edcon in 2014, my provident fund has now taken over a year and yet nothing has been done to pay out these funds, HR request the same documents for about the 10th time, the exact same documents time in and out, these have been sent through numerous times, and can been seen on store level as well on my pc, but Hr claim that its never attached, i have a string of e-mail communication from *********** staff who at the offices, been dealing with one person to another and absolutely no-one has been able to assist.( yet at one time the lady sent me a confirmation e-mail stating that these documents are now in order and is being logged), im at wits end, i cant take days off work each and every month just to submit documents that have been sent through on multiple occasions.
