Incompetence

Paid my account balance in full December 2021 mailed the receipts and requested account to be closed ,to date I'm receiving mail stating account in arrears. I have mailed paid up receipts numerous times but month after month they still request proof of payment, the level of incompetence is shocking how do these people manage to keep their doors open **********
