incompetence

Edcon needed confirmation of my account and a certified copy of my I.D. I done this and sent this to them. Even though they had all my details they still inserted the wrong branch code for my payment. This is just a trick Edcon does. Any monies owing to anyone will only be paid at the end of the month because of their financial situation. To the public. ..do not stand for this. Edcon are ******* and they abuse their customers because nobody takes a stand against them. File a law suite, as per CPA this is against customer regulations and they will lose. They are a bunch of useless idiots that are only good for ripping people off.
