INCOME PROTECTION LIES

I lost my job in September and have been unable to pay my Edgars Account. Having an Income Protection Policy on my account I went in to Edgars as I told on the phone and handed the required documents in at Northgate Mall. After a couple of weeks nothing had happened and I contacted Edcon who told me that they hadn't received the documents yet. After numerous emails with proof of documentation attached since early December last year finally I receive an email stating that my policy will not pay out because I was dismissed!!!<br> I was dismissed because I made a mistake in my calculation not anything else. Why do I have a policy if it's not going to cover my account? How am I supposed to pay my account which is now headed for the legal department and why does Edcon Financial Services take months to tell me this? How am I supposed to pay my account without an income? Please explain because I'm very, very angry
