I'll mannered staff at edgars active
Terrible customer service from the edgars active at edendale mall.
The lady at the till,by the name of stembile, has no regard for customers. She was openly complaining about customers and when it was my turn to go to the till, I greeted her and she completely ignored me. No smile whatsoever.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I will be closing off all my edcon accounts due to this disgusting behavior .
Her manager stood right beside her and failed to correct her. It seems as if this behavior is a norm in this company.
Even management dont acknowledge their customers! And cannot supervise their staff.
Very disappointing.
