Identity Theft

I recently found out that someone stole my identity in 2013, they then proceeded to open an Jet account. During this time i was however not even in South Africa as I left for the UAE on the 27th of October 2013, the account was opened in december 2013. It was literally impossible for me to be implicated in this ****. I called Edcon and after some time I was told to fill out a dispute form, i followed all the relevent procedures and brought all the appropriate documents(Passport copy proves that i flew out in oct and returned into south africa april 2015).

I was then told that the investigation will take about 6 months to complete. I cant get any credit in south africa thanks to this and waiting another 6 months before i can do so is pure nonsense. Why must i suffer for Edcons fault, you guys got ****med and yet i have to wait for you. My documents CLEARLY show that i did not open that account, I dont know what else i would need to do or say to you to get my credit sorted out.

Very displeased with the manner in which this issue is being dealt with.
