I WILL NOT PAY THIS ACCOUNT
Since last year July, my account was not credited with an item that I returned. Since then, I have also been hounded by the accounts department. I have asked numerous times for those account statements, I have been in store and even they asked for the statements, to no avail. How can I be expected to pay for something I don’t have, be charged interest on that account, and then above all be harassed by this company when the fault lies by them!!! Absolutely shocking, shocking, *********** staff.
